apex.oracle.com has been upgraded on Sept 6th 2013 to Version 4.2.3.00.07, which means a release of APEX 4.2.3 is close.

There are no release notes out yet, but what i could see we have three two Packaged Applications:

• Data Reporter
• Opportunity Tracker

In APEX 4.2.2 there was a Packaged Application “Service Notifications Administration” which isn’t in 4.2.3 anymore (although it was marked as “Coming soon” in 4.2.2).

Best thing to do right now is get on apex.oracle.com, look for new features and report any bugs on the forum.
